I design my wedding packages individually according to your needs and create personal offers based on the introductory meeting. But to give you a reference: my cheapest package for a civil wedding (2 hours) starts at 800€ and a full-day accompaniment starts at 2400€ (from 6 hours).

Absolutely. As a photographer, I will accompany you in the most intimate moments and you should feel 100% comfortable with me. After your request, the next step is to get to know each other video to see if things work out between us and whether we are on the same wavelength. After bookings and for accompaniments of 8 hours or more, we can also meet in person before the wedding if you wish.

After you send me an inquiry via my contact form or to hallo@stephaniehaberl.de, I will check whether your appointment is still available. If this is the case, I will send you my price list and we will arrange a video introductory call. In the call, we'll see if we fit together and if you feel comfortable with me. We will discuss all your wedding wishes and details. Based on this, I will provide you with a personal offer that is valid for 7 days. Your appointment is reserved for you during this time. If you like the offer, you can book me via email or the “book” button in the offer. An appointment reservation fee of 20% is then immediately due. The remaining payment is then only due after payment has been made after the date of the wedding.

Definitely. You are welcome to contact me via this link to book a video meeting. But please be sure to include the date of your wedding, because if the date has already been set, I would cancel the call to save you and me valuable time. If the date is still available, I will confirm the call and look forward to meeting you.

I will be there to advise you until your big day. Do you have any questions about specific times, locations or procedures? Feel free to write to me anytime via WhatsApp or email and I'll help you where I can. I've already seen a few weddings and can give you some valuable tips. In addition, you can always send me inspirations (moods) if you would like to implement certain motifs. Should I be able to do it myself on the wedding day, I would be happy to implement your ideas for you.
3-4 weeks before your wedding, you will receive another questionnaire from me, which we will then go through in a personal conversation (or via video) to finally discuss all important details so that I am well prepared for you and can consider all the important points for you.

Don't panic. Almost every wedding couple wants nice weather on their wedding day. But should it still rain, we will certainly create beautiful photos. I've already seen a few weddings in bad weather and I've always taken nice photos. There are gaps in the clouds that you can use, we take the couple photos indoors or on a covered terrace or use an umbrella and so on. The possibilities are endless and in the end, rain is simply part of your day. And if it is really not possible to take good photos or if you absolutely want pictures in the sunshine, we can also plan an after wedding shoot at a discounted price if necessary.

No I don't give out my raw files. The processing of images plays a decisive role in the look and aesthetics of my work. I edit every single picture lovingly and carefully in my style, for which you have also chosen me.

Of course, I'd love to. I travel for you and accompany you, whether in Germany, Europe or beyond. In our introductory meeting, we will discuss all details, such as possible additional costs for travel, accommodation and more.

I need about 8 weeks for a full-day wedding report. Outside the wedding season (May - September), it can also be shorter. However, you will receive a sneak peek 7 days after your wedding.

I'll make a careful selection first. Here you can expect around 60 pictures per hour on site. I edit the selection in my style and adjust brightness, contrast, color temperatures, etc. At my own discretion, I also create a selection of images in b/w. I generally do not do complex beauty retouching and keep the pictures as natural as possible, but should you have a stress pick on the wedding day that interferes with the pictures, I will of course retouch it:).

Some of my packages include a highlight cell phone video. Here I am filming with my mobile phone and lovingly cutting this together for about 1 minute for you. If you would like to book a professional, longer video, I would be happy to include it in the offer and bring along a colleague who specializes in video. Alternatively, I can also give you recommendations for videographers.

Yes, I have a drone. Should it be allowed at the location, requested by the couple and weather & time permit, I would be happy to take some pictures with my drone (film and photo).

Yes, I also have an analog camera. From 2025, analog photos will be available as an option and can be added by you if you wish. Just talk to me about it.

Definitely. For some weddings, I even absolutely recommend this or include a 2nd photographer in my offerings. With weddings of 100 guests or more, for example, being the sole photographer reaches the limits of being in the right place everywhere at the right time. Here I can't live up to my quality standards and can no longer ensure that I give the best performance for my couple. That's why my packages always included a second photographer for weddings of 100 people or more. Even for weddings with less than 100 guests, it is worth considering a 2nd photographer. As a couple, you can capture different perspectives, e.g. at First Look or at the same time when getting ready for the bride and groom. We would be happy to discuss the details of a Second Shooter in our introductory conversation.

Sustainability and animal welfare are very important to me. That's why I'd hate to shoot at weddings where hundreds of plastic balloons get into the air and end up in the environment as trash. I'm also the wrong person for you if you want to let wedding pigeons fly. This is often animal cruelty. There are so many other, more modern customs to celebrate your wedding sustainably.
However, if you want to have your own dog with you at the wedding and/or in the couple photos, you will get a big “yes” from me. I love dogs and as a family member, they are simply part of your big day.

Should I be unexpectedly ill on the day of your wedding, which of course we hope not, I have great colleagues and a great network that I can draw on. I will help you as much as possible to find a suitable replacement.

I am a cosmopolitan & modern person - for me, only love between 2 people counts, regardless of gender or origin. Racism and exclusion have no place for me. Every couple is welcome to join me.

Of course! I also offer families, newborns, baby bumps, engagement or couple shoots. On request, I can also accompany your birthday or other big life celebrations. Prices here start at 400€ (1 hour). Just send me an inquiry via the contact form. I'm looking forward to seeing you!
